CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop a workable budget and timeline and assure the project stays on track.

  • Develop architectural floor plans and elevation as needed to convey our thoughts and ideas to the contractor or subs

  • Define, research and spec. all architectural finishes and details (flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, tile, lighting, paint etc.)

  • We help identify project needs, assess direction for design, and communicate with all subcontractors and tradesman if needed.

  • Coordinate and supervise all scheduled work by licensed subcontractors.

  • Clients are kept abreast of all communications. Available for any and all site visits, meetings and daily walk thru's as needed.

  • Ordering, Tracking & Installation of architectural finishes as needed. Order, track, receive & inspect all orders. Coordinate deliveries and placement & install. Disposal of all shipping and packing materials.

INTERIOR DESIGN:

  • Develop overall design scheme's by room to include all interior design selections such as fabrics, furniture, wall treatments, lighting, floor coverings, finishes and accessories.

  • Create scaled furniture layouts and and elevations

  • Set material reserves, confirm availability, cut for approval, place orders, confirm shipments, maintain budget and timeline, manage subcontractors

  • Ordering, Tracking & Installation of furnishing and decor. Coordinate deliveries and placement & install. Disposal of all shipping and packing materials.

STAGING AND SPECIAL EVENT DESIGN

Founded in 2013 by Chris and Talbot Schaffer, Gibson & Schaffer LLC, combines years of experience in design, fabrication, construction and building project management.
